Execution of additional works on the water supply for the settlements of Poturovići and Ljubina - Phase I (construction of the "Poturovići" reservoir and pumping station – electrical works, inspection of the facilities' watertightness and preparation of the as-built project)
During the execution of works on Phase I of the solution to the water supply problem for the settlements of Poturovići and Ljubina in the municipality of Vogošća, additional unforeseen works have arisen, which must be carried out in order to complete the overall works and integrate the facilities into the SCADA system of the end user, KJKP "VIK" d.o.o. Sarajevo, and the commissioning of the facility. The additional works relate to electrical works, the verification of the watertightness of the newly constructed water facilities, and the preparation of an as-built design. In order to realise the project as efficiently and safely as possible and to commission the complete system, in agreement with the supervising engineer and with the project designer's consent, approval was given for the execution of additional and unforeseen works, which were necessary due to discrepancies between the project documentation and the actual site conditions.

U toku izvođenja radova na I fazi rješavanja problema vodosnabdijevanja naselja Poturovići i Ljubina na području općine Vogošća. pojavili su se dodatni nepredvđeni radovi, a koje je neophodno izvesti u cilju okončanja ukupnih radova, uvezivanja objekata u SCADA sistem krajnjeg korisnika KJKP „VIK“ d.o.o. Sarajevo, te puštanja objekta u rad. Dodatni raovi se odnose na elektro radove, kontrolu vodonepropusnosti novoizgrađenih vodnih objekata i izradu projekta izvedenog stanja. U cilju što kvalitetnije i sigurnije realizacije projekta i puštanje u funkciju kompletnog sistema, u dogovoru sa Nadzornim inženjerom i uz saglasnost projektanta, data je saglasnost za izvođenje dodatnih i nepredviđenih radova, a koji su se desili zbog neusaglašenosti projektne dokumentacije sa stvarnim stanjem na terenu.
