Provision of expert supervision services for the execution of works on the routine maintenance of local and unclassified roads, footpaths, squares, plazas and car parks in the municipality of Vogošća (in accordance with the signed Framework Agreement no. 07-11-1183/25 of 20.08.2025)
The subject of the procurement is the provision of expert supervision over the execution of works contracted and specified in the Framework Agreement No: 07-11-1183/25 of 20.08.2025. The works on site will be carried out in accordance with the concluded individual contracts and individual contracts for the performance of professional supervision. The specified works to be contracted under individual contracts will be carried out as part of the so-called. "summer" maintenance of local and unclassified roads, footpaths, squares, plazas and car parks, or in accordance with the needs and requirements of the local communities within the municipality of Vogošća. The appointed expert supervisor(s) will carry out supervision of the works in question on behalf of the investor (the Municipality of Vogošća), and to professionally and competently carry out the entrusted services of expert supervision over the works of remediation and other spatial interventions, in accordance with the applicable Law on Spatial Planning of the Canton of Sarajevo and other applicable regulations and professional rules.

Predmet nabavke je obavljanje stručnog nadzora nad izvođenjem radova koji su ugovoreni i specificirani Okvirnim sporazumom broj: 07-11-1183/25 od 20.08.2025. godine. Radovi na terenu će se obavljati u skladu sa zaključenim pojedinačnim ugovorima i pojedinačnim ugovorima za obavljanje stručnog nadzora. Specificirani radovi koji će biti ugovoreni pojedinačnim ugovorima će se izvoditi u sklopu tzv. „ljetnog“ održavanja lokalnih i nekategorisanih puteva, pješačkih staza, trgova, platoa i parkinga, odnosno u skladu sa potrebama i zahtjevima mjesnih zajednica na području općine Vogošća. Imenovani stručni nadzor (nadzorni inžinjer/i) će obavljati provedbu nadzora nad predmetnim radovima u ime investitora (Općine Vogošća), te stručno i kvalitetno izvršavati povjerene usluge stručnog nadzora nad poslovima sanacije i drugih zahvata u prostoru, u skladu sa važećim Zakonom o prostornom uređenju Kantona Sarajevo i drugim važećim propisima i pravilima struke
