Provision of expert supervision services for the execution of works on the project "Reconstruction and Construction of Public Lighting in the Municipality of Vogošća"
The subject of the procurement is the provision of expert supervision over the execution of works on the project "Reconstruction and Construction of Public Lighting in the Municipality of Vogošća". The works are being carried out on the basis of the Elaboration for the Reconstruction and Construction of Public Lighting in the Municipality of Vogošća. The works on site will be carried out in accordance with the individual contracts concluded, as well as the contracts for the provision of expert supervision. The scope and type of works will be defined through the individual contracts, in line with the needs and requirements of the local communities within the municipality of Vogošća. The appointed expert supervisor(s) will, on behalf of the investor – the Municipality of Vogošća – carry out continuous supervision of the execution of the works in question, and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the project and technical documentation, the applicable Law on Spatial Planning of the Canton of Sarajevo, other relevant regulations and professional standards. The professional supervision is obliged to ensure the quality and timely execution of the works, as well as the control of all phases of the project's implementation.

Predmet nabavke je obavljanje stručnog stručnog nadzora nad izvođenjem radova na projektu „Rekonstrukcija i izgradnja javne rasvjete na području općine Vogošća“. Radovi se izvode na osnovu Elaborata rekonstrukcije i izgradnje javne rasvjete na području općine Vogošća. Radovi na terenu će se izvoditi u skladu sa zaključenim pojedinačnim ugovorima, kao i ugovorima za obavljanje stručnog nadzora. Obim i vrsta radova biće definisani kroz pojedinačne ugovore, u skladu sa potrebama i zahtjevima mjesnih zajednica na području općine Vogošća. Imenovani stučni nadzor (nadzorni inžinjer/i) će u ime investitora – Općina Vogošća – vršiti kontinuirani nadzor nad izvođenjem predmetnih radova, te osigurati da se isti izvode u skladu sa projektno-tehničkom dokumentacijom, važećim Zakonom o prostornom uređenju Kantona Sarajevo, drugim relevantnim propisima i pravilima struke. Stručni nadzor je dužan osigurati kvalitetno i pravovremeno izvršenje radova, kao i kontrolu svih faza realizacije projekta.
