Procurement of additional pellet deliveries for the needs of the Ministry of the Interior's organisational units for the 2025/2026 heating season
An organisational unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska has submitted a request for the procurement of additional quantities of pellets (up to 10% of the value of the basic contract), bearing in mind that the required quantity was procured under the main contract, but there was increased consumption of the procured pellets due to the prolonged duration of the 2025/ heating season,2026 and the intensity of the winter, circumstances over which the contracting authority could neither have an influence nor have foreseen, and an objective need has therefore arisen to procure additional quantities of pellets.
