Carrying out additional works on the construction of primary and secondary stormwater and sewerage systems in the Hotonj IV settlement – final phase
The project on the basis of which the building permit was granted and in accordance with which the works under the main contract were carried out was prepared in 2015. In the meantime, changes occurred on the worksite, both technical and property-law in nature, which necessitated an amendment to the project and gave rise to the need for additional and unforeseen works. This was due to the project amendment that had to be carried out at the start of the works, as a result of the extension of the pipelines and an increase in the quantities of work from those specified in the main Contract, namely: earthworks, concrete works, the number of manholes and covers, and the length of pipes and connections. The aforementioned items have been consolidated into a single Estimate of Additional Works, for which the Supervisor's approval and a statement have been requested regarding the description and value of the items, as well as confirming that the said works are the result of unforeseen circumstances and are necessary, and that they cannot be technically or economically separated from the main Contract in such a way that they could be the subject of procurement, for example, to be carried out by a third contractor for the purposes of project realisation. Act no: 03-45-799/26 of 02.02.2026. the Construction Office of Sarajevo Canton, in its capacity as the construction supervisor, stated that the items and quantities of the additional works are the result of unforeseen circumstances and that these additional works are necessary to avoid compromising the quality and long-term reliability of the constructed sewerage system, and that these works

Projekat na osovu kojeg je dato odobrenje za građenje i na osnovu kojeg su izvođeni radovi po osnovnom ugovoru izrađen je 2015. godine. U međuvremenu na lokaciji izvođenja radova dogodile su se promjene kako tehničke, tako i imovinsko-pravne prirode, usljed čega se morala uraditi i novelacija projekta, te se javila i potreba za dodatnim i nepredviđenim radovima. Zbog same novelacije projekta koja se morala uraditi na početku izvođenja radova usljed produženja trasa i povećanja količina radova od onih koji su bili predviđeni osnovnim Ugovorom i to: zemljanih radova, betonskih radova, broja šahtova i poklopaca, dužine cijevi i priključaka. Navedene pozicije objedinjene su u jedinstveni Predmjer dodatnih radova na koji je zatražena saglasnost Nadzora i izjašnjenje u smislu opisa i vrijednosti pozicija, kao i u smislu da su navedeni radovi rezultat nepredviđenih okolnosti i da su neophodni, te da se ne mogu tehnički ni ekonomski odvojiti od osnovnog Ugovora na način da mogu biti predmet nabavke na osnovu koje bi je npr. izvodio treći izvođač za potrebe realizacije projekta. Aktom broj: 03-45-799/26 od 02.02.2026. godine Zavod za izgradnju Kantona Sarajevo je u svojstvu nadzora nad izvođenjem radova naveo da su stavke i količine dodatnih radova rezultat nepredviđenih okolnosti i da su ti dodatni radovi neophodni kako se ne bi ugrozio kvalitet i dugoročna pouzdanost izvedenog kanalizacionog sistema, te da se ovi radovi
