Procurement of endoscopic systems with accompanying equipment and instruments
The subject of this procedure is the selection of the most favourable bidder for the "Procurement of endoscopic systems with accompanying equipment and instruments" in accordance with the technical specification/Annex 3 for each LOT separately, attached hereto, which forms an integral part of this tender documentation, for which a one-off contract is envisaged until the fulfilment of the contracted obligations. The successful tenderer in this procurement procedure is obliged to carry out the complete installation and configuration of the supplied equipment after delivery, and to provide user training, i.e. to proceed as specified in the requirements per LOT. The Common Procurement Vocabulary code is: 33000000-0 (Medical equipment, medicines and personal care products).

Predmet ovog postupka je izbor najpovoljnijeg ponuđača za „Nabavku endoskopskih sistema sa pratećom opremom i instrumentima“ prema tehničkoj specifikaciji/Aneksu 3 za svaki LOT ponaosob u prilogu, koja čini sastavni dio ove tenderske dokumentacije za koji je predviđeno zaključenje jednokratnog ugovora do okončanja ugovorenih obaveza. Ponuđač koji bude izabran kao najpovoljniji u predmetnom postupku nabavke je obavezan da nakon isporuke predmetne opreme izvrši kompletnu instalaciju i konfiguraciju iste, te da izvrši obuku korisnika, tj. da postupi kako je navedeno u zhtjevima po LOT-ovima.
