Procurement of planters with mature seasonal flowers and their installation on bridges in the municipality of Vogošća.
The subject of this public procurement covers the procurement, delivery, fabrication, planting, installation and maintenance of decorative planters with pre-grown seasonal flowers on the bridges within the municipality of Vogošća, with the aim of enhancing the aesthetic appearance of the public space and creating a more pleasant and well-kept urban environment. The subject procurement includes the manufacture and installation of fixed metal (galvanised) brackets for the planters, which are to be attached to the existing bridge railings. The brackets are manufactured from high-quality iron material (flat iron with dimensions of approx. 20x20x2mm), with an additional structure of sheet metal cladding and a floor mesh, thereby ensuring the stability, load-bearing capacity and durability of the system. The complete structure must be protected from corrosion by a galvanising process (cold zinc) and be designed as a modular system, adaptable to various planter box dimensions (60-180cm in length), with on-site measurement checks being mandatory.The procurement also includes the delivery of PVC planters of the appropriate dimensions, which are placed on the fabricated brackets, as well as the planting of mature, established seasonal flowers (e.g. Surfinia, pelargonium or similar trailing flowers), with a minimum length of 30-40 cm, which provides a full visual effect immediately upon installation. The plant material must be healthy, of high quality, free from any signs of disease or damage, and suited to the climatic and seasonal conditions of the site. In addition to delivery and installation, the procurement also includes the continuous maintenance of the planters during the growing season, as specified in the tender documentation.

Predmet javne nabavke obuhvata nabavku, dopremu, izradu, sadnju, postavljanje i održavanje ukrasnih žardinjera sa već razvijenim sezonskim cvijećem na mostovima na području općine Vogošća, s ciljem unapređenja estetskog izgleda javnog prostora i stvaranja ugodnijeg i uređenijeg urbanog ambijenta. U okviru predmetne nabavke predviđena je izrada i montaža fiksnih metalnih (cinkovanih) nosača za žardinjere, koji se pričvršćuju na postojeće ograde mostova. Nosači se izrađuju od kvalitetnog željeznog materijala (pljosnato željezo dimenzija cca 20x20x2mm), uz dodatnu konstrukciju od limenih obloga i podne mreže, čime se osigurava stabilnost, nosivost i dugotrajnost sistema. Kompletna konstrukcija mora biti zaštićena od korozije postupkom galvanizacije (hladni cink), te izvedena kao montažno-demontažni sistem, prilagođen različitim dimenzijama žardinjera (dužine 60-180cm), uz obaveznu kontrolu mjera na licu mjesta.Nabavka uključuje i isporuku PVC žardinjera odgovarajućih dimenzija, koje se postavljaju na izrađene nosače, kao i sadnju odrsalog, razvijenog sezonskog cvijeća (npr. Surfinija, pelargonija ili slično puzajuće cvijeće), minimalne dužine 30-40 cm, koje odmah po postavljanju daje pun vizuelni efekat. Biljni materijal mora biti zdrav, kvalitetan, bez znakova bolesti ili oštećenja, te prilagođen klimatskim i sezonskim uslovima lokaliteta. Pored isporuke i montaže predmet nabavke obuhvata i kontinuirano održavanje žardinjera tokom vegetacione sezone, kako je navedeno u tenderskoj dokumentaciji.
