Performing construction works and providing construction services for members of the veterans' community of the Sarajevo Canton.
The subject of this public procurement is the collection of tenders to select the most favourable tenderer for the public procurement of works: the execution of construction works and the provision of construction services for the repair, reconstruction and adaptation of residential units belonging to members of the veteran population from the territory of the Sarajevo Canton. The procurement is being conducted to meet the needs of members of the veteran population of Sarajevo Canton for the repair of damaged residential properties, and the right to this type of assistance is established in accordance with the Law on Additional Rights of Fighters-Defenders of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of Sarajevo Canton", no. 31/22, 8/24 and 13/25). The scope and type of works are determined based on the findings of the expert Commission appointed by the Minister for Veterans' Affairs of the Canton of Sarajevo, by decision number: 06-04-4884/26 of 13.02.2026, and are set out in the specification, which is an integral part of the tender documentation.

Predmet ove javne nabavke je prikupljanje ponuda za izbor najpovoljnijeg ponuđača za javnu nabavku radova: Izvođenje građevinskih radova i pružanja građevinskih usluga na sanaciji, rekonstrukciji i adaptaciji stambenih jedinica pripadnika boračke populacije sa područja Kantona Sarajevo. Nabavka se provodi radi potreba pripadnika boračke populacije Kantona Sarajevo za sanacijom oštećenih stambenih objekata, a pravo na ovu vrstu pomoći utvrđeno je na osnovu Zakona o dopunskim pravima boraca-branitelja Bosne i Hercegovine (“Službene novine Kantona Sarajevo”, broj 31/22, 8/24 i 13/25). Obim i vrsta radova utvrđeni su na osnovu nalaza stručne Komisije imenovane od strane Ministra za boračka pitanja Kantona Sarajevo, rješenjem broj: 06-04-4884/26 od 13.02.2026. godine i nalaze se u specifikaciji koja je sastavni dio tenderske dokumentacije.
