Implementation of works on the regulation of rivers and streams in the municipality of Vitez (Lot 1–Lot 3)
The subject of this procurement procedure is divided into Lots as follows: LOT 1 – Execution of works on the construction of a stone revetment in the bed of the Krušćica River, settlement of Rijeka LOT 2 – Execution of works on the regulation of Vraniska Stream by constructing a stone revetment in the settlement of Vraniska LOT 3 – Execution of works on the construction of a stone revetment in the bed of the Kruščica River at the Tucin Dam site in the settlement of Rijeka The subject of the procurement is defined based on the needs of the Contracting Authority. The funds required for the implementation of this procedure are secured in the Budget of the Municipality of Vitez under the heading "Intervention and Preventive Measures (from the Civil Protection sub-account)" and Civil Protection Projects 613700. Tenderers may submit a tender for one LOT or for all LOTs. Within a LOT, the tender must include all items as defined in the technical specification. A public procurement contract is concluded separately for each LOT. If one tenderer is the most successful for all LOTs, a single contract may be concluded.

Predmet ovog postupka nabave je podijeljen na LOT-ove i to kako slijedi: LOT 1-Izvođenje radova na izgradnji kamene obaloutvrde u koritu rijeke Kruščice naseljeno mjesto Rijeka LOT 2-Izvođenje radova na regulaciji Vraniskog potoka izgradnjom kamene obaloutvrde naseljeno mjesto Vraniska LOT 3-Izvođenje radova na izgradnji kamene obaloutvrde u koritu rijeke Kruščice na lokaciji Tucin jaz naseljeno mjesto Rijeka Predmet nabave je definiran na temelju potreba Ugovornog tijela. Sredstva potrebna za realizaciju predmetnog postupka su osigurana u Proračunu općine Vitez sa stavke „Interventne i preventivne mjere (sa podračuna CZ)“ i Projekti civilne zaštite 613700 Ponuditelji mogu dostaviti ponudu za jedan LOT ili sve LOT-ove. U ponudi unutar LOT-a moraju biti ponuđene sve stavke na način kako je definirano tehničkom specifikacijom. Ugovor o javnoj nabavi zaključuje se posebno za svaki LOT. Ako je jedan ponuditelj najuspješniji za sve LOT-ove, može se zaključiti jedan ugovor.
