Execution of additional works on the construction of a section of the road in the Rosulje settlement, to a length of approximately 260 m.
During the execution of the works, defects in the design solution were identified, which arose as a consequence of the previous construction of the sewerage and water supply network. Their resolution is necessary to ensure the full functionality of the project and to prevent problems in the future. and the contractor has duly notified the supervising authority and the investor of all this. The aforementioned deficiencies are: - The main design for the road did not include the load-bearing plates on the manholes, nor the hydrant and water supply covers. - The implementation of the remaining 900 m of the planned road is conditional upon the prior resolution of property rights issues. Due to the aforementioned circumstances, stormwater from the remaining section of the planned road is temporarily diverted via earthen channels for surface water drainage, and is collected at the end of the newly constructed section of the road. The aforementioned recipient was not included in the project documentation, nor was it part of the contracted works. Therefore, it is necessary to implement a temporary technical solution which would include the construction of an inspection shaft and drainage towards the nearest available recipient. These temporary measures would ensure the unimpeded drainage of rainwater in order to protect the structure of the newly constructed road and preserve its functionality, with the obligation to implement a permanent solution within future phases of the project. -The project documentation does not provide for an outlet structure for the storm drain on the section of the junction towards Rosulje II Street. Taking this into account, it is necessary to construct an additional outlet structure to ensure the unimpeded drainage of rainwater. - On the section of the road where the Main Project provides for integration with the existing conditions in the pavement area, it was noted that there are no iron covers for the drain grates. These are necessary to ensure the safety of pedestrians and to preserve the functional and structural integrity of the drains.

Prilkom izvođenja radova uočeni su nedostaci u projektnom rješenju koji su se javili kao posljedica prethodne izgradnje kanalizacione i vodovodne mreže, čije rješavanje je nužno kako bi se obezbijedila puna funkcionalnost projekta i spriječila pojava problema u narednom periodu, te je izvođač radova o svemu blagovremeno obavijestio nadzorni organ i investitora. Navedeni nedostaci su: - Glavnim projektom saobraćajnce nisu bile obuhvaćene rasteretne ploče na šahtovima, te hidrrantske i vodovodne kape. - realizacija preostalog dijela planirane saobraćajnice u dužini od 900 m uslovljena je prethodnim rješavanjem imovinsko-pravnih odnosa. Zbog navedenih okolnosti oborinske vode sa preostalog dijela planirane saobraćajnice privremeno se odvode putem zemljanih kanala za odvodnju površinskih voda , te se prikupljaju na završetku novoizgrađene dionice saobraćajnice. Predmetni recipijent nije bio obuhvaćen projektnom dokumentacijom, niti je bio predmet ugovorenih radova. Zbog toga je neophodno primjeniti privremeno tehničko rješenje koje bi uključivalo izgradnju revizionog šahta i odvodnjavanje prema najbližem raspoloživom recipijentu. Ovim privremenim mjerama bi se osiguralo nesmetano odvođenje oborinskih voda u cilju zaštite trupa novoizgrađene saobraćajnice i očuvanja funkcionalnosti saobraćajnice, uz obavezu izvođenja trajnog rješenja u okviru budućih faza projekta. -projektna dokumentacija ne predviđa izlaznu građevinu ispusta slivnika na dijelu raskrsnice prema ulici Rosulje II. Uzimajući u obzir navedeno neophodno je pristupiti izgradnji dodatne građevine ispusta radi osiguranja nesmetanog odvođenja oborinskih voda. - Na dijelu saobraćajnice na kojem je Glavnim projektom predviđeno uklapanje u postojeće stanje u zoni trotoara konstatovano je da ne postoje željezni poklopci slivničkih kaca, koji su neophodni radi obezbjeđenja sigurnosti kretanja pješaka, kao i radi očuvanja funkcionalne i konstruktivne cjeline slivnika.
