JN-OP-878/2025 - Procurement of the reconstruction of the 110/x kV Zenica 3 substation, including: preparation of the project documentation and securing the necessary permits for the construction and use of the facility, installation of two new (previously delivered through another JN procedure) power transformers T1 and T2 110/21(10.5)/10.5 kV – 40 MVA, procurement and installation of new high-voltage equipment (including: two complete 110 kV transformer bays in a hybrid GIS configuration, two complete 110 kV line bays in a hybrid GIS configuration, two 110 kV metering bays in a standard configuration, and a 110 kV busbar sectioning field), procurement and installation of a new 20 kV and 10 kV medium voltage plant, procurement and installation of protection and control cabinets (for two transformer fields and for two transmission and measurement fields, three protectioncontrol devices for existing 35 kV cells), procurement and installation of the SCADA system, procurement and installation of telecommunications equipment, procurement and installation of own-load equipment (220V DC battery, 230V AC rectifier/220V DC, 3x230/400 V AC auxiliary voltage distribution cabinet; 220 V DC auxiliary voltage distribution cabinet), procurement and installation of power and control and signalling cables, disconnecting and extracting the existing power transformers T1 and T2 from the TS Zenica 3 area, dismantling of existing equipment in the 110 kV plant, dismantling of the existing 35 kV medium-voltage plant, 20 kV and 10 kV, construction and electromontage works, functional testing, commissioning of the facility, all in accordance with the project brief, technical specifications and requirements for equipment, services and works, and other requested requirements specified in this tender documentation, based on the needs of the contracting authority.

JN-OP-878/2025 - Nabavka rekonstrukcije TS 110/x kV Zenica 3 u obimu: izrada projektne dokumentacije i obezbjeđenje potrebnih dozvola za gradnju i upotrebu objekta, ugradnja dva nova (prethodno isporučena drugim postupkom JN) energetska transformatora T1 i T2 110/21(10,5)/10,5 kV – 40 MVA, nabavka i ugradnja nove VN opreme (u obimu: dva kompletna transformatorska polja 110 kV u hibridnoj GIS izvedbi, dva kompletna dalekovodna polja 110 kV u hibridnoj GIS izvedbi, dva mjerna polja 110 kV u standardnoj izvedbi, te polje za sekcionisanje 110 kV sabirnica), nabavka i ugradnja novog srednjenaponskog postrojenja 20 kV i 10 kV, nabavka i ugradnja ormara zaštite i upravljanja (za dva transformatorska polja i za dva dalekovodna i mjerna polja, tri zaštitno-upravljačka uređaja za postojeće 35 kV ćelije), nabavka i ugradnja SCADA sistema, nabavka i ugradnja TK opreme, nabavka i ugradnja opreme vlastite potrošnje (akumulatorska baterija 220V DC, ispravljač 230V AC/220V DC, ormar razvoda pomoćnog napona 3x230/400 V AC; ormar razvoda pomoćnog napona 220 V DC), nabavka i ugradnja energetskih i komandnosignalnih kablova, odspajanje i izvlačenje u prostor kruga TS Zenica 3 postojećih energetskih transformatora T1 i T2, demontaža postojeće opreme u 110 kV postrojenju, demontaža postojećeg srednjenaponskog postrojenja 35 kV, 20 kV i 10 kV, građevinski i elektromontažni radovi, funkcionalna ispitivanja, puštanje objekta u rad, sve u skladu sa projektnim zadatkom, tehničkim specifikacijama i zahtjevima za opremu, uslugu i radove i ostalim traženim zahtjevima naznačenim u ovoj tenderskoj dokumentaciji, na osnovu potreba ugovornog organa.
