Construction and Reconstruction of Sewerage Networks – Phase I (Lots 1–8) – Municipality of Vitez
The subject of this procurement procedure is divided into Lots as follows: LOT 1 - Construction of the sewerage network in the MZ Dubravica LOT 2 - Reconstruction of the combined sewerage network in the Botrine settlement LOT 3 - Construction of the sewerage network in the Vraniska settlement, MZ Rijeka LOT 4 - Reconstruction of the sewerage network in MZ Kruščica LOT 5- Culverting the Sedra stream LOT 6- Construction of the sewage network in the New Settlement from Jaruga to the sports hall LOT 7-Construction of the sewerage network in the urban area of Ivana Meštrović Street LOT 8-Construction of the foul sewerage network in the settlement of Ahmići The subject of the procurement is defined based on the needs of the Contracting Authority. The funds required for the implementation of this procurement are secured in the Vitez Municipal Budget under the budget line 'Reconstruction of sewerage networks in the Vitez municipality' 821618. Tenderers may submit a tender for one LOT or for all LOTs. The tender for a LOT must include all items as defined in the Technical Specification. A public procurement contract is awarded for each LOT separately. If one tenderer is the most successful for all LOTs, a single contract may be awarded.

Predmet ovog postupka nabave je podijeljen na LOT-ove i to kako slijedi: LOT 1-Izgradnja kanalizacione mreže u MZ Dubravica LOT 2-Rekonstrukcija mješovite kanalizacione mreže u naselju Botrine LOT 3-Izgradnja kanalizacione mreže u naselju Vraniska,MZ Rijeka LOT 4-Rekonstrukcija kanalizacione mreže u MZ Kruščica LOT 5-Ucjevljivanje potoka Sedra LOT 6-Izrada fekalne kanalizacione mreže u Novom naselju od Jaruge do sportske dvorane LOT 7-Izgradnja kanalizacione mreže u urbanom području ulica Ivana Meštrovića- LOT 8-Izgradnja fekalne kanalizacione mreže u naselju Ahmići Predmet nabave je definiran na temelju potreba Ugovornog tijela. Sredstva potrebna za realizaciju predmetnog postupka su osigurana u Proračunu općine Vitez sa stavke „Rekonstrukcija kanalizacionih mreža području općine Vitez“ 821618 . Ponuditelji mogu dostaviti ponudu za jedan LOT ili sve LOT-ove. U ponudi unutar LOT-a moraju biti ponuđene sve stavke na način kako je definirano tehničkom specifikacijom. Ugovor o javnoj nabavi zaključuje se posebno za svaki LOT. Ako je jedan ponuditelj najuspješniji za sve LOT-ove, može se zaključiti jedan ugovor.
