Services for the preparation of the Master Plan for the sports playground and external landscaping in the Orahov Brijeg settlement.
The subject of this project assignment is to provide the service of preparing the Main Project for a sports pitch and external landscaping in the settlement of Orahov Brijeg, within the municipality of Vogošća, for the construction of a small-sided football pitch, the installation of park benches, and possibly the installation of children's play equipment, rubbish bins, installation of a fence around the sports pitch, as well as the necessary lighting. The planned location has an ideal site for the construction of a sports pitch. The site in question has long been used by the younger generation as an improvised football pitch, where they gather and play every day, all due to the lack of a suitable surface that could be used for this purpose. The planned construction of the sports ground represents a significant aesthetic and functional contribution, with the aim of creating an active environment for all generations, and especially for school-age children. The Municipality has previously obtained the Main Project for the Orahov Brijeg – Hotonj sports ground. Following a detailed review of the project solution, it was noted that the documentation contains significant deficiencies, and it is therefore necessary for it to be corrected or for new documentation to be prepared. The aforementioned project documentation is at the conceptual design stage and will be made available to the selected tenderer.

Predmet projektnog zadatka je pružanje usluge izrade Glavnog projekta sportskog igrališta i vanjskog uređenja u naselju Orahov Brijeg na području općine Vogošća, u smislu izgradnje sportskog igrališta za mali fudbal, ugradnje parkovskih klupa, eventualno ugradnja dječijih sprava, kanti za otpatke, ugradnja ograde oko sportskog terena, kao i rasvjetnih tijela koja su neophodna. Planirana lokacija posjeduje idealan teren za izgradnju sportskog igrališta. Predmetnu lokaciju mlađa populacija već odavno koristi kao improvizovani fudbalski teren, gdje se svakodnevno okupljaju i igraju, a sve zbog nedostatka adekvatne površine koja bi se mogla koristitiu navedenu manamjenu. Planirana izgradnja sportskog igrališta pretstavlja značajan estetski i funkcionalni doprinos, s ciljem stvaranja aktivnog ambijenta za sve generacije, a posebno za djecu školskog uzrasta. Općina je prethodno ishodovala Glavni projekat sportskog igrališta Orahov Brijeg – Hotonj. Nakon detaljnog pregleda projektnog rješenja uočeno je da dokumentacija sadrži značajne nedostatke, te je neophodno da se ista koriguje, odnosno izradi nova. Pomenuta projektna dokumentacija je na nivou idejnog projekta i kao takva biće na raspolaganju odabranom ponuđaču.
