Provision of safety valve inspection services on pressure vessels, measurement of combustion gas content and quality control of fuel oil for the needs of the Mechanical Service.
The subject of this public procurement is the selection of the most favourable bidder for the provision of the following services: a) inspection, control, testing and adjustment of safety valves on stationary pressure vessels, as well as on vessels not classified as such under technical and legal regulations (steam, steam-water-tube and hot-water boilers with associated heat exchangers for efficiency improvement, PTV tanks, heat exchangers in heat transfer stations, cooling units, compressors, autoclaves / sterilisers, etc.) b) inspection, checks, tests and adjustment of analogue pressure gauges c) consultative inspection of pressure vessels–boilers, with the issuance of written recommendations to the Contracting Authority on the corrective measures to be taken d) measurements of emissions of combustion products from the combustion chamber into the atmosphere during the operation of boilers using natural gas as the primary fuel, with the issuance of appropriate documentation of the measurements carried out and the preparation of an annual emissions report in accordance with the Regulation on Types of Fees and Criteria for Calculating Fees for air pollutants ("Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina" no. 66/11) e) sampling of extra-light fuel oil from a transport vehicle-

Predmet javne nabavke je izbor najpovoljnijeg ponuđača za pružanje sljedećih usluga: a) pregled, kontrola, ispitivanje i podešavanje ventila sigurnosti na stabilnim posudama pod pritiskom kao i posudama koje se prema tehničkoj i zakonskoj regulativi tako ne klasifikuju (parni, parno-vrelovodni i toplovodni kotlovi s pripadajućim toplotnim aparatima povećanje stepena efikasnosti, rezervoari PTV, izmjenjivači toplote u toplotno-predajnim stanicama, rashladni agregati, kompresori, autoklavi / sterilizatori i dr.) b) pregled, kontrole, ispitivanja i podešavanje analognih uređaja za mjerenje pritiska–manometara c) konsultativni inspekcijski pregled posuda pod pritiskom–kotlova s izdavanjem pisanih preporuka Ugovornom organu o korekcionim mjerama koje je potrebno poduzeti d) mjerenja emisija produkata sagorijevanja iz ložišta u atmosferu pri pogonu kotlova korištenjem prirodnog gasa kao osnovnog pogonskog goriva s izdavanjem odgovarajuće dokumentacije o izvršenim mjerenjima te izradom izvještaja o godišnjim emisijama u skladu sa Uredbom o vrstama naknada i kriterijumima za obračun naknada za zagađivače zraka („Službene novine Federacije BiH“ broj 66/11) e) uzimanje uzorka ekstra lakog loživog ulja iz transportnog vozila-
