Procurement of servicing and maintenance services for existing air conditioning units, generators and UPS in the Water Laboratory, Lot 2.
The subject of this public procurement procedure is the procurement of servicing and maintenance services for the existing air conditioning units, generators and UPS in Water Laboratory 2, Lot 2. In the Sector of the Water Laboratory at AVP Sava, within the work areas and offices, there are 16 air conditioning units. The aforementioned equipment, intended for cooling and air conditioning, requires servicing which includes: cleaning and disinfection of the evaporator and filters on the indoor unit, cleaning of the outdoor unit, checking the condition and, if necessary, topping up/replacing the refrigerant, cleaning and disinfection of the air filter, cleaning and disinfection of the condensate, inspection of pipe connections and electrical connections. The Agency for the Sava River Basin Sarajevo has procured a 50 kVA diesel-electric generator from the manufacturer F.G. for the needs of the Water Laboratory.Wilson and an EATON PW 9355 15kVA UPS device, which ensure the safe operation of expensive analytical instruments in the event of a power cut and the continuation of analyses on them outside working hours, which is necessary due to the significant volume of analytical work that cannot be completed during regular working hours. To ensure the generator and UPS operate safely and without interruption, it is necessary to carry out their annual servicing in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and instructions (servicing and verification of the equipment's functionality).

Predmet ovog postupka javne nabavke je nabavka usluga servisa i održavanja postojećih klima uređaja, agregata i UPS-a u Laboratoriji za vode 2 LOT-a. U Sektoru Laboratorija za vode AVP Sava u radnim prostorijama i kancelarijama nalaze se klima uređaji (16 komada). Na navedenoj opremi namijenjenoj za hlađenje i klimatizaciju potrebno je izvršiti servis koji podrazumijeva: čišćenje i dezinfekciju isparivača i filtera na unutrašnjoj jedinice, čišćenje vanjske jedinice, provjeru stanja i po potrebi dopuni/zamjeni rashladnog medija, čišćenje i dezinfekciju filtera za zrak, čišćenje i dezinfekciju kondenzata, kontrolu spoja cijevi i kontrolu elektro spojeva. Agencija za vodno područje rijeke Save Sarajevo je za potrebe Laboratorije za vode nabavila dizel električni agregat snage 50 kVa proizvođača F.G.Wilson i UPS uređaj EATON Tip PW 9355 15kVA, koji obezbjeđuju siguran rad skupih analitičkih instrumenata u slučaju nestanka struje i nastavak analiza na istim i van radnog vremena što je potrebno zbog značajnog obima analitičkog posla koji se ne može obaviti u redovnom radnom vremenu. Kako bi agregat i UPS radili sigurno i bez zastoja potrebno je redovno vršiti njihovo godišnje servisiranje po preporukama i upustvima proizvođača (servisiranje i provjera same funkcionalnosti uređaja).
