Open Procurements is an index and discovery layer. The source of truth for every tender is the official national portal; we link to it on every tender page. We do not process bids.

Use of our data in downstream products is permitted under the rules of the originating national portal, subject to attribution and our rate limits. A free rate-limited API will launch in Phase 5.
